Olive Oil
Ear infection is largely caused due to wax getting deposited in the ear resulting in incubation and development of bacteria and fungus which eventually blocks the ear.
The best solution to this is Olive oil. To use, warm some olive oil and put some drops of this warm oil into the infected ear. The heat will melt the wax and Olive oil will help in removing the wax and the fungus etc. from inside of the ear. The wax can be removed safely by using a cotton bud and the ear can also be cleaned using this.
You can also use mustard oil in place of olive oil to treat the ear infection.![Olive Oil](http://i1.wp.com/trendingpost.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Olive-Oil.jpg?resize=720%2C480)

Salt
Salt is considered to be the best cure readily obtainable at home.
In order to use, heat one cup of salt in a microwave for at least 5-6 minutes. Take the salt out and pour it in a sock. Tie the open end of the sock using a rubber band.
Now lie down and place the sock underneath the infected ear for atleast ten minutes. The heat emitting from the hot salt will filter through the sock and cause the fluid to drain out from the ear easily.
In order to get complete relief from the inflammation and pain, repeat the process multiple times in a day taking suitable breaks in between the process.
